Retraining Requirements

To maintain the effectiveness of the lockout/tagout protective systems, employees must be retrained under following conditions:

a. Change in job assignment.

b. Change in process or equipment.

c. Change in energy control procedures.

d. A periodic inspection identifies a need for re-training.
