b. Procure and provide locks, tags and related equipment which meets the minimum OSHA standards.

c. Review the energy control procedures at least once per year and correct any problems. An important part of the review process is checking of actual performance of the lockout/tagout procedures in the field.

c. Training of employees to understand and follow the energy control procedures. Training records must be maintained. A lockout/tagout procedure is a type of energy control procedure.
