What Happens if Air is Compressed?

Before we answer this question, let’s consider a more basic question: how do we compress air?

Air compression is a fairly simple matter. We take a certain volume of air and squeeze it. Our squeezing action reduces the volume of the air sample. This is one of the most common methods used for air compression.
